Thanks, yes, this article goes along with the video nicely. Enforcement is a big part of the overall education picture.

The PEDS organization has done a great job increasing motorists awareness of pedestrian rights. We could use more cyclists working the same education process with motorists.

I do most of my riding between Midtown and Decatur, and can say the situation is pretty good. Motorists are sometimes overly polite, the traffic moves at a cyclists' speed, and I never get harassed in this area. As a matter of fact, over the last 6000 miles of riding, I've been harassed exactly once. It was outside of the perimeter by some teens who looked like they were skipping school.
